Data Deletion

What data might we hold?

Depending on the service you used, we may hold:

• your name and public profile picture
• your app-scoped user ID
• your email address or phone number, if you provided them
• messages and content you sent us
• bookings or requests you made through the service

Step 1 – Remove the app's access in Facebook (if you logged in with Facebook)

1. 1.On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings
2. 2.Open Apps and websites
3. 3.Select the Mapping Talents app and click Remove

This stops any further data sharing from Facebook to us. Data we have already received is only deleted after Step 2.

Step 2 – Request deletion from us

Use the contact form on this website and begin your message with "Data deletion". Include:

• your name
• which app or service you used
• the email address, phone number or username you used in the service

You can also write to us on WhatsApp — the link is on the contact page.

What happens next?

• We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and give you a reference number
• We may need to verify your identity to avoid deleting someone else's data
• We delete the data within 30 days, including from backups as they are rotated
• You receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete

Exceptions

We may need to keep some data where the law requires it, e.g. invoices that must be kept for 7 years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. That data is not used for any other purpose.

If you used a service we operate on behalf of another company, e.g. a booking bot for a salon, that company is normally responsible for your data. You can still contact us and we will help you further.
