AI platform in production for appointment-based services
- The situation
- Service businesses with booking needed recommendations and follow-up that actually worked in operation.
- What was done
- An AI-driven SaaS platform was built with a multi-strategy recommendation engine, hybrid RAG search, A/B test assignment and a data-driven scoring system with heuristic fallback. FastAPI, PostgreSQL with pgvector, Celery and Redis, deployed on AWS with CI/CD.
- Outcome
- The platform went to production, not to pilot.

- Enquiries arrived in chat and were handled manually, one at a time.
- What was done
- A complete Telegram-based AI system was built with Telethon: product search, price adjustment, quote generation by email and appointment booking in one flow.
