Cloud and network platform in a hybrid environment
- The situation
- A grocery group needs a cloud and network platform that holds up for daily operations across the business.
- What was done
- Work on the cloud and network platform across a hybrid environment: architecture, operations and infrastructure as code with CI/CD.
- Outcome
- A long-running platform engagement.
Grocery retail, Sweden
Certification programme for engineers
- The situation
- Operators worldwide had to be able to install, maintain and run distributed video platforms on their own.
- What was done
- A complete technical certification programme was built, based on hands-on labs and troubleshooting in real scenarios rather than theory.
- Outcome
- More than 100 engineers certified worldwide. Average rating 5.5 out of 6.
Video distribution and CDN
Architecture and security in video delivery
- The situation
- Content had to travel all the way from ingest to the end user over CDN, with encryption and protection of the material at every step.
- What was done
- Architecture design and troubleshooting for OTT and IPTV, from content acquisition to CDN delivery, including encryption, publishing and firewall and VPN setups.

Container platform on open infrastructure
- The situation
- The business needed container operations on its own infrastructure rather than in a public cloud.
- What was done
- DevOps work with OpenStack, Ansible and Kubernetes for running and automating the platform.
Digital agency, Sweden
Networking and interoperability in telecom
- The situation
- IP-based telephony services had to work together across fixed and mobile networks, between different vendors' systems.
- What was done
- System integration and interoperability testing for IP telephony, with production troubleshooting across IMS, SIP, VoLTE, VPN trunking and IP-PBX.
