2. Consulting assignments and contracts

Consulting assignments, projects and subscriptions are governed by a separate contract or quote. If these terms and such a contract differ, the contract prevails. Content on the website, including prices and service descriptions, is for information only and is not a binding offer.

3. Use of the services

You may not:

• use the services in breach of the law or these terms
• try to access systems, accounts or data you are not authorised to access
• disrupt, overload or circumvent the security of the services
• send malicious code, spam or unlawful content
• use automated tools to collect content from the services without our written consent

We may suspend or restrict access if these terms are not followed.

4. AI-generated content

Some services use AI and may produce answers, summaries or suggestions that are incomplete or incorrect.

• AI-generated content is a support tool, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing the content before relying on it in decisions
• You are responsible for having the right to share the information you submit, e.g. documents and personal data

5. Third-party services

The services may work together with third-party services, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, email, payments and calendars. When you use them, the provider's own terms and privacy policy also apply. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The website's content, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics and code belong to Mapping Talents AB or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute or use the content commercially without our written consent. Rights in deliverables to clients are governed by the relevant client contract.

7. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the services will always work without errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, loss of data or consequential damages, arising from use of the website or the free services. Liability in client assignments is governed by the client contract.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The latest version is always available on this page. We will announce material changes reasonably in advance of them taking effect.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts, with the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), www.arn.se.
