Why we exist
Most AI and data projects do not die on the technology. They die because the solution does not hold when it meets real operations, or because nobody in the organisation changes how they work.
We are small on purpose. An engagement is staffed with the roles it actually needs, and you talk to the people doing the work — not to a salesperson who hands you over to someone else.
The analytics run on tools where you keep control of your data. That is not a marketing line: it is how we have worked in the public sector and in privacy-sensitive industries for over ten years.
