Exercise Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have several rights regarding the personal data Mapping Talents AB processes about you. This page shows how to use them. It is free of charge.

How to make a request
Use the contact form on this website and begin your message with "GDPR request". Include:
- your full name
- which right you want to exercise
- how you have been in contact with us, e.g. as a client, consultant, via the website or via an app
- the email address or phone number we may have on record

Identity verification
To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we disclose, change or delete anything. We only ask for the information needed for this.
Response time
We respond within one month of receiving your request. If the request is complex or we receive many requests, this may be extended by up to two further months. In that case we will tell you within the first month and explain why.
If we cannot fulfil your request
Sometimes we may or must continue processing data, e.g. when the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires it. We will then explain why.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), www.imy.se.
