Containerised production environment, self-hosted
- The situation
- AI services and analytics needed an environment where sensitive data could stay in the building.
- What was done
- Production and lab infrastructure was built on dedicated Ubuntu Server hosts with PostgreSQL and pgvector, Redis, Celery, Caddy, n8n, Ollama, Qdrant and OpenWebUI. Secret management with Vaultwarden and CI/CD via GitHub Actions to AWS.
- Outcome
- Self-hosted models could run without the data leaving the environment.
